We recommend the Hoover Floor Mate for cleaning stained & sealed concrete floors.

Clean floor with warm water. DO NOT use detergent, cleaner, soap, etc. It will cloud the sealer.
Additional coats of sealer will need to be applied accordingly in residential and commercial. The more traffic on the floor the more frequently you will need to apply sealer or floor finish to maintain protection.
If your floor does have floor finish on it it’s recommended to reapply once a year or again according to traffic.
To clean your floor us a dust mop or damp mop. NO SWIFTER the chemical will cloud the sealer.
If you are using area rugs on concrete floor you must use a higher quality pad. The inexpensive pads will stick to sealer. If you use rubber backed mats put an old sheet or cloth underneath or again it will stick to sealer.
Thin sheets of plastic also prohibited this will stick to sealer as well.
You can use rolling chairs but it’s recommended that you use non-rubber backed carpeting or a thick plastic without carpet nubs.
Exterior surface cleaning can be done simply with a brush and garden hose for tuff grime and grit us a diluted simple green solution
